Sašo Sedlaček

Sašo Sedlaček (1974, Ljubljana) is a Slovenian contemporary visual artist working in the media of installation, video and animation. He regularly exhibits his works at international exhibitions and has won many awards. They are interested in new technologies in the context of current social phenomena. His work is thematically defined by waste theory, recycling, using low-cost technology and open source software. His practical and humorous work stems from the subversive twisting of scientific, legal and technological facts. Since 2015, she has been Associate Professor of Video and New Media at the ALUO Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana.
